1. Who we are
SIYEON is an online marketplace operated by DirectGo Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("SIYEON", "we"). We connect customers with independent fortune-telling practitioners ("Practitioners") for live one-to-one consultations ("Sessions") and provide real-time AI interpretation between Korean and Japanese.
2. Nature of the service
Practitioners are independent professionals, not our employees. SIYEON provides the booking, payment, interpretation and app technology. Sessions are offered for entertainment, self-reflection and general personal guidance only. Nothing said in a Session is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and you must not rely on it as such. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
3. Booking and payment
Sessions are prepaid per session in US dollars by card through our payment processor (Stripe). The price shown at checkout is the total price. SIYEON collects the fee on behalf of the Practitioner, deducts its platform fee and pays the Practitioner the remainder. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Interpretation and voice
Interpretation is performed by automated systems and may contain errors. Where a Practitioner's cloned voice is used, it is generated with the Practitioner's explicit consent from their own voice sample and conveys only what the Practitioner actually said. You may not record, copy or redistribute a Practitioner's voice or Session content.
5. Your conduct
You agree to treat Practitioners respectfully, not to use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment or to obtain advice on matters requiring a licensed professional, and not to attempt to contact or pay Practitioners outside the platform.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIYEON's total liability for any claim relating to a Session is limited to the amount you paid for that Session. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a Session.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (including Japan) continue to apply.

1. 運営者
SIYEON（以下「当社」）は、シンガポール法人 DirectGo Pte. Ltd. が運営するオンラインマーケットプレイスです。お客様と独立した占い師（以下「占い師」）をつなぎ、1対1のライブ鑑定（以下「セッション」）と、韓国語・日本語間のリアルタイムAI通訳を提供します。
2. サービスの性質
占い師は当社の従業員ではなく独立した専門家です。当社は予約・決済・通訳・アプリの技術を提供します。セッションは娯楽・内省・一般的な人生の参考を目的とするものであり、医療・心理・法律・金融・投資に関する助言ではありません。ご利用は18歳以上に限ります。
3. 予約と決済
セッションは1回ごとに米ドルでカードにより事前決済いただきます（決済代行：Stripe）。表示価格が総額です。当社は占い師に代わって料金を受領し、プラットフォーム手数料を差し引いた残額を占い師に支払います。キャンセル・返金は返金ポリシーに従います。
4. 通訳と音声
通訳は自動システムによるもので、誤りを含む場合があります。占い師の声を再現した音声は、占い師ご本人の明示的な同意のもと本人の音声サンプルから生成され、占い師が実際に話した内容のみを伝えます。占い師の声やセッション内容の録音・複製・再配布はできません。
5. 禁止事項
占い師への礼儀を欠く行為、違法目的・嫌がらせでの利用、有資格者の助言を要する事項の相談、プラットフォーム外での占い師への連絡・支払いの試みを禁止します。
6. 責任の制限
法令で許される範囲で、セッションに関する当社の責任総額は当該セッションの支払額を上限とします。セッションに基づくお客様の意思決定について当社は責任を負いません。
7. 準拠法
本規約はシンガポール法に準拠します。日本を含むお客様の居住国の強行法規（消費者保護法令）は引き続き適用されます。
