| Cancel 24 hours or more before the booked start | Full refund. |

| Cancel less than 24 hours before, or no-show | No refund (the Practitioner has reserved the time). |
| Practitioner cancels or does not appear | Full refund, or free rebooking at your choice. |
| Session cannot be completed due to a technical fault on our side (server, interpretation, app) | Full refund. If more than half of the booked time was delivered, we refund the remaining portion or offer a free follow-up. |
| Dissatisfied with the content of a reading | Readings are subjective and offered for entertainment and reflection; we cannot refund based on the outcome of a reading. Please contact us if a Practitioner behaved improperly — we review every report. |
Refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days. To cancel or request a refund, email support@siyeon.org with your booking email and session time.

| 占い師側のキャンセル・不参加 | 全額返金、または無料で再予約（お客様の選択）。 |
| 当社側の技術的不具合（サーバー・通訳・アプリ）でセッションを完了できない場合 | 全額返金。予約時間の半分以上を提供できた場合は残り分の返金または無料フォローアップ。 |
| 鑑定内容に満足できない場合 | 鑑定は主観的なものであり娯楽・内省を目的とするため、鑑定結果を理由とする返金はできません。占い師の不適切な言動があった場合はご連絡ください。すべて確認します。 |
返金は元のカードへ5〜10営業日以内に行います。キャンセル・返金のご依頼は、予約時のメールアドレスとセッション時刻を添えて support@siyeon.org までお送りください。
